The Ponta light with three arms is made in Europe to a high standard. Each arm holds a black fabric velvet shade that points light up toward your ceiling and reflects down and out, creating a softer light. The brass metalwork against black fabric provides a premium feel to this chandelier fixture.
Fitting & Wiring
- Double insulated, Class II as standard if your home requires this.
- It is rated as IP20 – which is made for dry indoor rooms but not bathrooms.
How Big It Is
- The three arms spread 47.5cm across – and fit well above a small round dining table or as a central room light fitting.
- Drops down 63cm from your ceiling in height.
The Light Bulbs
- You’ll need three E27 screw-in bulbs – one for each shade. These are the larger screw types.
- Use LEDs up to 15W maximum on each holder (not included in the box).
- Choose frosted bulbs which work best with the black velvet lampshades.
- It can work with a dimmer if you use dimmable-style light bulbs. Remember to check if you have an existing dimmer on your wall that is compatible with LED.

- Black fabric shades have a slight texture due to the velvet that adds depth to the overall design.
- The dark brass frame has a warm tone that stands out against the black.
