Returns Information
At Lamp Genius, we have a 30-Day Return Policy: Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Return Period:
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for unwanted items.
Damaged, faulty, or missing items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to report any of these listed please fill in our the returns form below. This does not apply to our electrical or LED warranty, which is provided separately for each product.
How to Return:
Please fill out our returns form, which can be found further down this page, within the 30-day period to initiate a return.
Our team will then contact you via email within two hours regarding the next steps Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
All returns must be sent to our designated warehouse.
Returns are not accepted at our offices.
Item Condition:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with no writing on the product boxes.
Do not write on or damage the manufacturer's packaging. All returns must be sent back in a shipping box.
Packaging Guidelines:
Keep all packaging in good condition until you're sure you want to keep the item.
Use minimal clear tape to reseal boxes if needed. Please do not use brown or duct tape on the product boxes.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We offer two services depending on box sizes, or you can choose to organise the return through your own method. If you are returning through your own method please note you will still need to fill out the returns form.
1. Return service via DPD shop drop is £7.00 per parcel, which is deducted from your refund.

Maximum Size Of Box: 100cm x 60cm x 70 cm
Maximum Number Of Parcels: 2
2. For larger items, A DPD home collection can be arranged for £16.00 per parcel, which is deducted from your refund.
Refunds:
Refunds, including the original delivery cost if applicable, will be processed within 7 days after the item is received and inspected.
We will not process refunds if the item has been returned as faulty and is found to be non-faulty or returned in non-re-sellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or special orders and any items without original packaging cannot be returned. These are usually larger project orders, which we will make clear at the time of ordering.
Important Notes:
We are not liable for additional costs such as installation fees or lost wages due to faulty items.
