Debit / Credit Cards

At Lamp Genius, you can pay with a Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, credit or debit card. Your card must be enrolled in a security authentication program sometimes known as 3D secure (such as Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode, or Maestro SecureCode) that uses a personal security code set up between you and your bank. When you checkout with Lamp Genius with your card, we use Stripe Payments to handle all card transactions. Stripe is one of the largest and safest online payment providers in the UK and the world.

Paypal

Paypal is a popular payment method due to how fast you can pay for your order and security. Once you select to pay by Paypal, a box will appear on your screen to log into your account. If you do not have a PayPal account and would like to pay by PayPal, please select the option to create an account when the popup appears. Alternatively, you can go straight to the Paypal website to create an account and then return to the checkout page. Paypal also offer finance options if you wish to pay for your order in instalments.

Klarna

Klarna, founded in 2005 in Stockholm, Sweden, is a leading global payment and shopping service that simplifies online purchasing. It offers direct payments, pay-after-delivery options, and instalment plans to 85 million active consumers across over 575,000 merchants in 45 countries, allowing flexible and secure payment experiences.

Bacs (Bank Transfer)

We understand some customers, especially trade customers, may prefer to pay by bank transfer (BACS). We have attempted to make this option as smooth as possible on the Lamp Genius website. All you need to do is go to checkout as usual with your chosen items and select BACS as your chosen payment method. We reserve stock against your order for five working days; however, if payment is not received within this time frame, the stock allocated will be removed. However, your order will remain active.
