How Long Are Your Delivery Times?

  • Delivery times are specified on the product page, cart page, and checkout page. Delivery times depend on which warehouse the product is located at. Most of our products are delivered in 4-5 working days for the UK mainland. If you are based in the Scottish Highlands, Island, or Southern or Northern Ireland, please be aware that orders can take an additional 4-5 working days than the advertised delivery time.

Can I Track My Order?

  • Yes, once the order leaves our shipping warehouse, you will receive a DPD tracking email. If you have not received a tracking email it means your order has not shipped yet. You can see the status of your order by logging into the "My Account" page. Please remember each product's lead time will be displayed on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Who Will Deliver My Order?

  • How we deliver your order depends on the size. The majority of our orders ship with DPD Local; however, larger quantities will sometimes be shipped by pallet. If your order is shipped by pallet, our team will contact you to confirm this and book the delivery.

What If I Am Not In?

  • Once your order ships, it is usually delivered the next working day. If you find that you are not going to be in you can change the delivery date within your tracking email from DPD. You can also choose to leave the order in a safe place or with a neighbor. If you would like to have a delivery date booked, please get in touch with customer service.

What Happens If My Order Is Damaged Or Missing Parts?

  • In the very unlikely event your order is damaged, please use our returns form or contact customer service directly within 14 days of delivery. If your order is missing parts please contact customer service directly with pictures and a description of what is missing. We always aim to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
