FAQ
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. The item should not have been installed or modified, and still have the product box intact. Please visit our returns page by clicking here to proceed. Alternatively, please see our department section below to contact our returns team via email.
We have a minimum two-year electrical warranty on all products and a five-year LED warranty, excluding LED light bulbs. Please see the specific product page for the exact warranty length.
No, we are online only, and all orders should be placed via our website.
At the final checkout process, once you have selected your products, you will be able to select BACS as a payment method at checkout. The completion page will have a copy of our bank details along with the confirmation email. Please note we will only allocate stock for five working days. If no payment is received, the stock will be unallocated; however, the order will remain active.
