We’re Alina and Charles, the duo behind Lamp Genius. In 2022, we set out to brighten the UK lighting market, which felt outdated and uninspired. Alina, an architect, and Charles, with over 10 years in the UK lighting industry, saw an opportunity to bring modern European designs to life. We created a simple online experience for our customers, and our dedicated team is here to help brighten your space with stylish, reliable lighting with customer service to back it up. Returns

We operate a easy peace of mind returns policy.

1. 30 Day Returns

From the date you receive your order you have 30 days to return your order.

2. Insurance

If you use our returns service the lights are automatically insured at no extra cost in case of damage as long as the lights have been packed in a responsible way as they were received.

3. Home Collection Service

For larger items we offer a home DPD collection service for £18.00 which is deducted from your refund.

4. Drop Shop Service

For shipping boxes below 1m x 1m x 1m we offer a drop shop service which costs £7.00 and is deducted from your refund.

Product Warranties

We operate an easy peace of mind warranty policy.

1. 2 Year Minimum

All of our products come with a minimum 2 year electrical warranty.

2. 5 year LED Warranty

All dedicated LED lighting excluding light bulbs comes with a 5 year warranty.
